My story
I am Elli coming from Greece and through the Kinesis studio I want to proceed my personal mission of making strong, mobile, resilient and balanced bodies.
My signature approach combines Pilates, yoga and physical therapy exercises based on the unique needs and goals of each student.
I am working with all the people who possess goals of moving better, feeling better, looking better, rehabbing an injury or conditioning for injury prevention and seeking a pain free movement.
One of my goals is to be up to date with the latest scientific researches, workshops, webinars & trainings in pain science, rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise, in order to serve the best to my clients.
I am here to support, empower you and raise your body awareness.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that uses props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in passive poses. The practice promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction and improved circulation, while encouraging mindfulness and musculoskeletal release. Lesson Duration & Format
Each session lasts 60 minutes (1 hour). Lessons are designed as personal training or duet sessions, allowing you to train one-on-one or bring your friend or partner for a shared experience.
