My story

I am Elli coming from Greece and through the Kinesis studio I want to proceed my personal mission of making strong, mobile, resilient and balanced bodies.

My signature approach combines Pilates, yoga and physical therapy exercises based on the unique needs and goals of each student. 

I am working with all the people who possess goals of moving better, feeling better, looking better, rehabbing an injury or conditioning for injury prevention and seeking a pain free movement.

One of my goals is to be up to date with the latest scientific researches, workshops, webinars & trainings in pain science, rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise, in order to serve the best to my clients.

I am here to support, empower you and raise your body awareness.

  • Pilates Mat is a mindful full-body workout designed to improve core stability, neuromuscular control and postural alignment. Developed by Joseph Pilates, the method emphasizes activation of deep stabilizing muscles, coordinated breathing patterns, and controlled movement to enhance functional strength, flexibility, and musculoskeletal efficiency.

  • The Pilates Reformer is a spring-resistance apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates to facilitate controlled, biomechanically efficient movement. Its adjustable springs, pulleys, and mobile carriage provide variable resistance and proprioceptive feedback, enabling targeted strengthening of stabilizing musculature, improved joint alignment, and enhanced neuromuscular coordination.

  • The Pilates Springboard is a wall-mounted system with adjustable springs and attachments that create resistance for both strengthening and stretching exercises. This versatile equipment allows dynamic full-body training while encouraging control, stability, and proper alignment.

  • The Pilates Stability Chair offers a unique and challenging workout using a compact apparatus with spring resistance and a moving pedal. The equipment supports precise movement while building deep strength, balance & body control.

  • Pre & Postnatal exercise is a specialized training approach designed to support the body during pregnancy and recovery after birth. Sessions follow current evidence-based guidelines and latest researches. The lesson is focusing on improving core and pelvic floor function, body posture and strength.

  • Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that uses props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in passive poses. The practice promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction and improved circulation, while encouraging mindfulness and musculoskeletal release. It is suitable for all levels and particularly beneficial for recovery, stress management and overall well-being.

Lesson Duration & Format
Each session lasts 60 minutes (1 hour). Lessons are designed as personal training or duet sessions, allowing you to train one-on-one or bring your friend or partner for a shared experience.
