1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Kinesis studio ("we", "us", or "our").
By booking a lesson, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide in-studio lessons and educational sessions as described on our website.
All services are subject to availability.
Bookings are managed via our booking system provider, Reserverio.
3. Bookings and Payments
* All sessions must be booked in advance.
* Payment is required after attending a session, via qr code. The packages are paid in advanced via qr code too.
* Packages are valid only for the period specified at the time of purchase.
Package of 5 lessons is valid for 6 weeks & Package of 10 Lessons is valid for 3 months.
* Unused sessions expire after the validity period.
We reserve the right to refuse service if payment has not been completed.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
* Cancellations must be made at least 15 hours before the scheduled session.
* Late cancellations may result in the loss of that session.
* Failure to attend a booked session without cancellation ("no-show") results in deduction of that session from your package.
5. Refund Policy
* Purchased packages are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
* If services are cancelled by us, clients may choose between rescheduling or receiving a refund for the cancelled session.
6. Consumer Rights (EU Compliance)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless:
* The service has already been fully provided, or
* You have expressly agreed to begin the service during the withdrawal period.
By purchasing a package and booking sessions, you acknowledge that services may begin within the 14-day withdrawal period.
7. Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are able to participate in lessons safely.
Kinesis studio is not liable for:
* Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions
* Pre-existing medical or personal conditions
* Loss or damage to personal belongings
Participation is at your own risk.
8. Studio Rules
Clients agree to:
* Arrive on time
* Respect instructors and other clients
* Follow all safety instructions
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior.
9. Changes to Schedule or Services
We reserve the right to:
* Modify lesson schedules
* Change instructors if necessary
* Cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
Clients will be informed as soon as possible.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations.
